We are a family business and believe strongly in the values of honesty, loyalty and hard work. In many ways, our team in India is part of our extended family and we all share the same values.
We are one of very few brands to use completely Indian grown ingredients in our products because we believe that only by developing, sourcing and producing right in the heart of India can we bring our customers a truly healthy and authentic taste.
Being a family business, we get the importance of family meal times and group gatherings, so we made our spice kits large enough to comfortably serve 3 - 4 people - that's assuming you are willing to share it!

WE HAVE A GENUINE PASSION FOR AUTHENTIC INDIAN FOOD
Desi The Healthy Curry was born out of a love of India, the people and delicious Indian food. We wanted to make easy Indian curry recipes that are healthy, tasty, convenient and authentic. This passion inspired the creation of our Desi Curry Kit range over 10 years ago.
We are a family run business, with more than 25 years' experience living and working in the Indian subcontinent; all within the food industry.
We wanted to offer the true taste of India that we had come to know and love. We identified back then, that a gap existed in the British market for truly authentic Indian Curry kits that use naturally gluten free ingredients, and are low in salt, sugar and contained no additives.

MADE AUTHENTICALLY
It was also very important to us that Desi Curry Kits should be produced in India, allowing Desi to support the Indian people and community we know and love.
We took the decision to base the Desi factory in Nashik, which is ideally located to source and manufacture all the raw ingredients. For example we buy all our onions from Lasalgaon which is famed for having the largest onion market in the whole of Asia.
TRADITIONAL INDIAN COOKING METHODS
Creating our Desi Curry Kits in India means we follow the traditional Indian cooking methods, high quality ingredients cooked slowly and lovingly which creates a healthy curry.
Desi Curry Kits are not only delicious in taste, they contain no added sugar, no artificial colours or preservatives. This is something we are hugely proud of and can shout from the rooftops. This also means that they are naturally gluten free and suitable for vegetarian and vegan diets.

Hi Sam, I used your Tikka Currykit today and I was impressed with how easy and yummy it was. I pretty much copied one of your videos and cooked it with mushrooms chickpeas and spinach. I am a veggie 🤩 Will definitely order again
